Ladies Day Out! Design and build a custom hat at the Hat Bar by Felton Hat Co. and receive a matching Dazzle Dry manicure by PAINT Nail Bar. Signature drink and lite bites also provided. Price is all-inclusive. Hats take 1-1.5 hrs to complete and matching manicures will be staggered throughout the hat making process.
