If the guided DIY aspect of our Hat Bars isn’t your jam, we can design and build a custom hat for you! Plus, we offer additional upgrades not available at Hat Bars such as custom embroidery, hand drawn burnings, and unlimited branding irons!
HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
Share Your Vision – If you have an inspirational hat picture, please send it to us at info@feltonhatco.com or email us what style and colors you prefer and we would love to recommend designs for you. Please visit our gallery to see sample hats or browse Pinterest for ideas. Once we know your vision, we will provide a quote. After payment is received, we will begin the process of creating your dream hat!
Pick Your Base Hat – Choose between ranchers, fedoras, pork pie hats and straw hats in a variety of colors. Choose 100% wool if you want it branded or custom burned. Our hats are one-size fits most and have an adjustable inner band. If you prefer to try on your hat, you’re welcome to stop by any of our public Hat Bars to make your selection. Design Your Hat – The next step is to pick your hat band materials and embellishments to bring your vision to life. We will send pictures of recommended fabrics, ribbons, handkerchiefs, cordage, etc., to create your hat band. From there we can add other embellishments such as feathers, playing cards, flowers, charms, brooches, bullets, rhinestone trim, cable chain, matches & matchbooks and more, just about anywhere on your hat!
Burn It! – 100% wool hats include 2 branding irons burned on (letters, numbers, or choose from 25 symbols) and scorching around the brim and/or crown if desired. Click to see our branding iron options.
Branded & Scorched
Choose Optional Upgrades – Add on additional branding irons, a scorched brim or crown, custom hand-drawn burning or hand-embroidery. Pricing for these options varies based on complexity.
